What this site collects
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party tracking scripts. It sets no cookies. Nothing is collected from you until you submit the request-access form.
When you submit that form, Clevora stores:
- The email address you enter.
- Your company name, if you enter one.
- The warehouse spend band and warehouse type you select.
- Any free-text context you write.
- Your browser user-agent string, the country your request came from, and the referring page.
- The date and time of the submission.
Clevora does not collect your full IP address, only the country your request originated from.
Why
To reply to you about private-beta access, and to size the beta cohort. Clevora does not sell this data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not use it to build profiles. You will not receive marketing email you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. A notification is sent to the Clevora founders through Cloudflare Email Routing. Cloudflare is the only subprocessor for this site. The site itself is served from Cloudflare's network.
Customer warehouse data
This policy covers the website. It does not cover the Tend product, which is governed by the agreement Clevora signs with each design partner. For the record, and as stated on the trust center: Tend connects to BigQuery with read-only access and inspects query metadata, billing exports, andINFORMATION_SCHEMA. It does not read row-level data from your tables.
How long it is kept
Request-access submissions are kept for the duration of the private beta and for up to 12 months after, so Clevora can follow up. Ask for earlier deletion at any time and Clevora will action it.
Your rights
Email hello@clevora.co to see what Clevora holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Clevora responds within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will move the effective date above. Clevora will email anyone in the beta cohort before a change takes effect.
