These terms apply to the clevora.co website. They do not grant access to the Clevora Tend product. Access to Tend during the private beta is governed by a separate written agreement between Clevora, LLC and each design partner. Where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
The site
Clevora provides this site as-is. Clevora may change or remove any part of it at any time. Clevora does not warrant that the site will be available without interruption.
Forward-looking statements
Parts of this site describe functionality that is planned rather than shipped. Pages for Microsoft Fabric and Databricks describe planned support. Figures presented as modeled or as reference scenarios are illustrative and are not a projection of the result you will get. Nothing on this site is a commitment to deliver a feature on a date.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are beta pricing and may change. A price becomes binding only when it appears in a signed order form. The 90-day performance guarantee described on this site applies only to customers under a signed agreement, and its terms are set out in that agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its infrastructure, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to distribute malware. To report a vulnerability, email hello@clevora.co.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to Clevora, LLC. You may quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not present it as your own.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clevora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Clevora, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
